Before Class Begins
Students who cancel their enrollment at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of class may request a refund of tuition paid, less any non-refundable registration, processing, textbook, or course-material fees.
After Class Begins
Once the course has begun, tuition is non-refundable. This applies whether or not the student attends the scheduled class sessions.
Transfers to a Future Class
If a student is unable to complete the course due to an unexpected circumstance, the school may, at its discretion, allow the student to transfer to a future offering of the same course. Transfers are not guaranteed and may be subject to availability and applicable fees.
School Cancellations
If the school cancels a course and the student does not choose to transfer to another available class, tuition paid for the canceled course will be refunded.
Course Materials
Textbooks, digital materials, online course access, and other materials that have already been issued or accessed are non-refundable where permitted by law.
